Family Room check-in kiosk

UNC Ronald McDonald House Family Room, 2026

Before they head into the Family Room, visitors answer three quick questions on a kiosk, in English or Spanish. Their answers are anonymous, and the kiosk never asks for a name.

Staff sign in to a separate dashboard to edit the questions, see the results, look through each visit, and download everything for Excel.
